Returns and Refunds
DRESSES: Sorry, we do not accept returns on dresses. These are brand new and come direct from the factory. They will not take them back unless the wrong size or color was sent.
SHOES: Shoes may be returned for any reason. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price less a restocking fee of 10%. No refunds on shipping charges.
There is no restocking fee on shoes returned for a size change
E-mail us within 48 hours of receiving the shoes for a return approval number. This number will have to appear on the outside of the shipping box under your return address.
Shoe packaging must be the same as you receive. The outer shipping box, inner shoe box, tissue paper, plactic bags, divider, foam, etc.
NO REFUND or CREDIT will be given on shoes that have been: DYED, WORN, SOILED, SCRATCHED, DAMAGED or ALTERED in anyway.
The shoes must be received by us within 14 days after issuing the return approval number, with exceptions.
Shoes being returned for a size change, within the continental United States, are subject to a $12.00 shipping and handling charge on the new pair. This charge for our Canadian customers is $22.00. For all other International shipments this charge will be $30.00. Enclose a money order or cash, in the shoe box being returned.

All international shipping is done by way of USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL This can take between 7-10 days. Tracking numbers are available on request.

DO NOT RETURN SHOES to the factory address on the box. They do not issue credits and your shoes will be lost.
